 RETURN POLICY

In-stock and regular-priced items may be returned for store credit, less any shipping charges, within 14 days after you receive the shipment.
Store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned item, less any shipping charges, within 3 business days of receipt of the return shipment.
All custom/personalized orders and clearance/sale items are non-refundable and are unable to be exchanged.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Young Wild Bee. Please contact beth@youngwildbee.com to obtain a return authorization for your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the owner, as is proper packaging, tracking, and insurance on all return shipments.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please notify YWB within 24 hours of delivery if your package arrives damaged. While we take precautions to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions where damages occur in transit.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please email beth@youngwildbee.com and we will work with you to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
